Robert has the privilege of representing some of the finest luxury estate properties, historic homes, and luxury condominiums on Vancouver Island. Over his 23-year career he has developed business relationships and alliances with a select national and international team of top-tier real estate professionals who specialize in representing the finest properties in more than 30 countries around the world. Through this global network, and supported by a truly innovative multi-disciplined international marketing program, Robert seeks to bring fine properties to the attention of a world-wide audience of discerning buyers and real estate agents.
Education and Experience
Robert has been licensed since 1987 and has specialized in representing residential properties throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Robert also developed a successful development marketing business representing more than 30 new construction multi-family and resort developments over the past 16 years. Robert has now focused his practice on the sale of luxury, historic, and resort properties and has successfully concluded the sale of several luxury properties in the Victoria marketplace. Robert is a past President of the Victoria Real Estate Board; a past Director of the British Columbia Real Estate Association, and the author of the BCREA seminar "Applied Ethics In Real Estate". Robert is the Associate Broker and the founding associate of the Victoria office of Sotheby's International Realty Canada.
